Shipping policy
Stickers
Our stickers manufactured at Persephone's Boutique's in London and shipped from either the UK and/or the USA. We aim to package and ship sticker orders within 1-5 working days, however please see the announcement bar at the top of the home page for an estimate of our current processing times.
Delivery in the UK is via Royal Mail First Class (order under the value of £50 only) or Tracked and usually takes 1-3 working days.
Delivery in the USA is via USPS First Class (order under the value of £50, approx. $63, only) or Tracked and usually takes 1-3 working days.
Delivery to Europe is via Royal Mail or USPS First Class (order under the value of £50 only) or Tracked and can take up to 2 weeks.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is via Royal Mail or USPS First Class (order under the value of £50 only) or Tracked and can take up to 4 weeks, although this is rarely the case.
We can not replace items lost in transit if the customer chooses not to track their order, therefore we restrict non-tracked orders to a value of £50 (approx. $63) or less, and strongly encourage all customers to use the Tracked service when possible.
The customer is responsible for paying for any customs charges that may occur at the destination country.
These shipping times are overestimated guidelines, and from experience we have reviewed that worldwide shipping is usually only 1-2 week. However if you haven't received your order after 4 weeks, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Apparel & Accessories
T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, phone cases and mug are manufactured, printed and shipped from our warehouses in the USA or Europe, depending on delivery destination. These items require a 3-5 day processing time, and shipping can take up to 2 weeks. From experience, we have received shipment from the European warehouse to London in 7 days (including weekends).
Digital Products
Digital products are downloaded by the customer instantly upon purchase, and therefore can not be returned or refunded.
